Key Responsibilities
Implement, monitor, and maintain quality assurance and food safety control processes in compliance with company standards and regulatory requirements.
Establish, review, and update food safety and quality policies, manuals, standard operating procedures (SOPs), and related documentation.
Investigate customer complaints related to product quality; identify root causes and recommend corrective actions.
Evaluate food quality through regular sensory tests, focusing on texture, taste, nutritional value, safety, and overall product consistency.
Support internal and external audits (e.g., HACCP/ SFA)
Perform quality control inspections and audits at outlet locations; identify non-conformance and prepare detailed analysis reports with corrective action recommendations.
Assist in new product development activities, including quality evaluation, process validation, and launch readiness.
Perform other ad-hoc duties or projects as assigned by management.
Job Requirements
Candidate must possess at least a Degree in Food Science/ Food Technology or equivalent
Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Quality Assurance or R&D, preferably in the food industry.
Effective communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate across departments.
Strong knowledge of food safety standards and systems
Good analytical and problem-solving skills
Positive attitude and a team player
