What you'll be doing

1. Liaising with airlines, customs, and other relevant parties to coordinate the timely movement of airfreight shipments

2. Tracking shipment status and providing customers with regular updates

3. Preparing and processing necessary documentation, such as air waybills, invoices, and customs clearance forms

4. Assisting with the resolution of any issues or discrepancies that arise during the shipping process

5. Maintaining accurate records and data related to airfreight operations

6. Collaborating with the wider team to ensure the efficient and effective delivery of freight forwarding services

What we're looking for

1. Minimum 1 year of experience in the freight forwarding or logistics industry, preferably in an airfreight operations role

2. Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to liaise effectively with both internal and external stakeholders

3. Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills to identify and resolve shipping-related issues
