Our Client:

• Investment Firm

• Monday - Friday, Office Hour

• Tai Seng

• UP $15,000 Basic + Performance Bonus

Responsibilities:

• Chair the Investment Committee, develop and execute multi-year investment strategies, governance and risk frameworks

• Source, evaluate, negotiate and close investment opportunities in Singapore and various regional markets

• Oversee financial modelling, feasibility studies and due diligence across technical, legal, tax and ESG.

• Negotiate and close transactions including acquisitions, joint ventures and financing

• Monitor portfolio performance (IRR, MOIC, yield) and oversee asset management, refinancing and exit strategies.

• Approve and oversee real estate development projects, budgets, procurement and project risk resolution

• Lead capital formation and fundraising, engaging institutional and accredited investors

• Ensure compliance with MAS regulations, oversee reporting, and mentor the investment team

Requirements:

• Min. Degree in Real Estate, Finance, Economics, or Engineering; MBA/CFA/CAIA or equivalent

• Min. 10 years’ experience in investment management, private equity, portfolio or asset management

• Min. 5 years of experience in Public Markets for research & fund structuring

• Eligible to be RO for CMS license application
