Job Description:
QESH Management: Plan, manage, and execute Quality, Environment, Safety, and Health systems, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations.
Audits & Reviews: Perform internal and external audits of QESH systems and lead audit teams, analyzing results for corrective actions.
Process Improvement: Plan and implement initiatives for continuous improvement in quality, service, and safety.
Documentation & SOPs: Develop, review, and enforce Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) across departments.
Quality Management Reviews: Organize and conduct periodic quality management review meetings to assess system effectiveness.
Discrepancy Resolution: Investigate discrepancies, resolve client-related issues, and implement corrective actions.
Collaboration & Compliance: Work with various departments to ensure uniform implementation of QMS and compliance with company policies.
Reporting & Analysis: Prepare Key Performance Indicator (KPI) reports and analyze internal and external audit results.
Requirements:
Minimum 3–5 years of relevant experience in QESH, Quality Management, or HSE (Health, Safety, Environment) roles.
Proven track record in conducting audits and implementing corrective actions.
Experience in developing and maintaining QMS documentation and SOPs.
Good communication and interpersonal skills to collaborate with cross-functional teams.
Leadership qualities, especially in leading audits and driving process improvements.
Attention to detail and high level of integrity.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint).
Familiarity with audit software or QMS tools is a plus.
