Mon - Fri : 8.30am - 5.30pm / Alt Sat : 8.30am to 12.30pm
Work Location: Loyang / Transport provided at Tampines MRT
No experience are welcome, on job training provided
Your Role, Your Influence:
Coordinate and liaise with freight forwarders, warehouse teams, and customer service to ensure timely and accurate shipment deliveries.
Process and manage customer orders, shipping documents, and gate passes in SAP and internal tracking systems.
Respond to customer shipping inquiries and provide advice on best shipping methods.
Ensure compliance with trade regulations and verify accuracy of export documentation.
Book shipments and track delivery status, resolving issues to prevent delays.
Support shipping executive in implementing process improvements and logistics best practices.
Ad-hoc duties as assigned
Requirement:
Diploma or Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, or related field
Knowledge and experience in shipping industry is a plus
