JOB RESPONSIBILITIES

• Inbound Operation Management includes receiving, inspecting, and putting away incoming goods

• Outbound Operation Management includes picking/packing/sorting outgoing orders.

• Stock Management: Perform and manage team cycle count and physical inventory check

• Operation Efficiency: Monitor and maintain operational efficiency, ensuring that tasks are completed on time according to SOP.

• Operation/Project Problem Troubleshooting. Work with stakeholders to solve the problems occurring during operations.

Requirement 

• Min 3  years of hands-on team lead experience in warehousing/logistics

• Continuous improvement mindset, independent, and self-motivated individual

• Strong team management and problem-solving abilities.

• Able to work under stress, flexible and adaptive to change, dynamic and pragmatic

• Must be able to work overtime, if required
