Job Scope:
- Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain how the product will solve a customer's problem
- Provide technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support
- Assist with the technical aspects of contract negotiations
- Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings
Job Requirements:
- Diploma /Degree in IT related field
- 2-years of working experience (account management/servicing)
- Microsoft Office
- Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
- Positive mind-set, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity
