JOB PURPOSE:

To inspect incoming materials in accordance to approved procedures of counterfeit detection so as to ensure that the parts meet all required specifications and regulatory requirements.

PRINCIPAL ACCOUNTABILITIES:

1. To ensure all incoming materials are inspected in accordance to approved counterfeit detection procedures and specifications.

2. To ensure that incoming materials meet to the required specifications and regulatory requirements.

3. This role involves WORKING WITH THINGS, using the hands, or special tools or equipment. Activities include doing practical and physical tasks, and may require an understanding of how equipment or machinery works.

JOB CONTENT:

1. To inspect incoming materials in accordance to the approved counterfeit detection procedures and specifications.

2. Ensure that inspection data and other quality records are collected and recorded correctly.

3. Conduct daily ESD audit.

4. Observe all safety precautions when using tools and operating equipment.

5. Ensure all parts are handled correctly.

6. Ensure all ESD precautions are observed.

7. Ensure all parts are re-packed correctly after inspection.

8. Ensure that tools and equipment used are in good working order and calibration. Report all malfunctions to CPP Leader or Executive.

9. Ensure daily proper housekeeping in a assigned area.

RECOMMENDED CREDENTIALS:

QUALIFICATIONS

· Secondary education and above.

EXPERIENCES:

· At least 1 or more years of working experience.
