In this role, you will be responsible for:
Recruitment demand analysis: Analyze recruitment needs based on departmental hiring requirements, develop recruitment plans, and ensure the company’s human resources needs are met.
Job description preparation: Draft and improve job descriptions for each position, clearly outlining responsibilities, qualifications, and other relevant information.
Recruitment information publication: Post recruitment announcements through various channels to attract suitable candidates.
Resume screening and interview coordination: Screen received resumes, schedule interviews, and participate in the interview process to evaluate candidates.
Recruitment channel management: Maintain and expand recruitment channels, including online job boards, campus recruitment, and headhunting partnerships, ensuring their effectiveness.
Recruitment data tracking and analysis: Record the entire recruitment process, regularly track, analyze, and summarize results, continuously improving processes and efficiency.
Employer branding: Support initiatives to promote the company’s employer brand, enhancing visibility and attractiveness in the talent market.
What You Need To Succeed:
Bachelor’s degree or higher, preferably with a background in human resource management, business administration, or psychology.
At least 5 years of professional experience in recruitment and HR systems within medium to large enterprises.
Strong analytical and logical thinking skills, with the ability to identify problems and manage projects effectively.
Excellent communication and coordination skills, experience in cross-team collaboration, and the ability to make quick judgments, provide actionable recommendations, and drive implementation.
High professional ethics, dedication, a passion for work, and the ability to perform under pressure.
