Procurement (Executive/Manager)/Direct Raw material - #1110266

Responsibilities:

• Negotiate for strategic partnership on support and pricing.

• Source for office/manufacturing related raw materials/services quotes

• Recommending materials/grades/composites.

• Input and release PO to suppliers/vendors promptly.

• Work with QA & Planning Team for incoming spect to ensure meeting the requirements needed.

• Follow up closely for all acknowledgements and delivery schedules.

• Coordinate between Warehouse/Production, manage and update prices in system.

• Manage suppliers and their OTD performances to ensureuninterrupted supply to production.

• Optimise purchasing volume to avoid additional premium / handling cost.

• Monitor slow moving stock which may lead to obsolescence and maintain optimal level of inventory.

• Implement cost saving measure with suppliers/vendors, source for alternate suppliers etc

• Negotiate for reliable and effective freight cost, and generate monthly report and analysis.
