Job Advert Description

Responsibilities:

·         Conduct research to identify potential joint venture and collaboration partners in the construction and HVAC industries.

·         Support the COO in drafting and reviewing term sheets, MOUs, JV agreements, and collaboration contracts.

·         Manage due diligence by collecting technical, financial, and legal inputs, and coordinating with internal teams and external advisors.

·         Build financial models and perform risk assessments to guide deal structuring and decision-making.

·         Prepare presentations and briefing materials for executive reviews and partner negotiations.

·         Oversee project milestones, ensure compliance with contractual commitments, and monitor partnership performance.

·         Maintain a repository of templates, precedents, and best practices for JV documentation.

·         Facilitate post-signing integration by coordinating kick-off meetings, assigning responsibilities, and tracking deliverables.

Requirements:

·         Bachelor’s degree in business, Supply Chain, or equivalent combination of experience and education.

·         5 years’ experience of business development experience in construction, engineering sectors.

·         Proven track record in large scale tenders, contract negotiations and etc.
