Responsibilities:

• Oversee the daily operations of the rehabilitation department to ensure smooth and efficient service delivery.

• Review, update, and enhance training programs within the department.

• Collaborate with multidisciplinary trainers to compile materials and manage competency-based training initiatives.

• Lead the recruitment, onboarding, and supervision of administrative staff within the department.

• Develop, implement, and monitor quality assurance and continuous improvement programs.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s Degree in Education, Healthcare Administration, or a related field.

• At least 3–5 years of experience in rehabilitation services.

• Strong understanding of rehabilitation workflows and service models.

• Excellent communication, leadership, and organizational skills.
