Responsibilities

* Coordinate and manage the work of a multidisciplinary team, including consultants, subcontractors, and other external parties.

* Attend site meetings, conduct site inspections, and ensure proper documentation.

* Oversee project risk management and escalate issues when necessary.

* Ensure the implementation of safe work practices and environmental control measures at the project site.

* Manage project timelines, monitor progress, and ensure successful and timely project completion.

* Provide accurate and timely project updates and reports to management.

* Handle maintenance and rectification works during the Defects Liability Period (DLP).

* Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned.

Requirements:

* Diploma or Degree in Electrical or Electronic Engineering.

* Minimum 4 years of experience as a Project Engineer within the local construction industry.

* Highly motivated, able to thrive in a fast-paced and results-oriented environment.

* Strong leadership and communication skills.

* Knowledge of lighting systems is an added advantage.

* Proficiency in relevant software such as AutoCAD, Photoshop, and Dialux is a plus.
