Senior Software Engineer - #1110217

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee the full lifecycle of application projects - from initial design and planning to implementation and post-development support.

• Lead and mentor the software development team in conceptualizing, architecting, and executing project plans aligned with business objectives.

• Drive system integration testing (SIT), user acceptance testing (UAT), and coordinate seamless implementation rollouts.

• Manage and resolve production issues with urgency and precision, ensuring minimal disruption to operations and optimal system performance.

• Supervise and coordinate outsourced vendors, ensuring deliverables meet quality standards, timelines, and contractual obligations.

Qualifications & Experience

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Technology, or a related discipline.

• Minimum of 3 years' experience in delivering application solutions, with a strong focus on development, maintenance, and support.

• Proficient in Microsoft .NET technologies, SQL Server, Power Automate, and Python.

• Demonstrated ability to lead development teams under tight timelines and evolving requirements.

• Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with a proactive and solution-oriented mindset.

• Experience in logistics systems (Freight Management System, Transportation Management System, Warehouse Management System etc.) is an added advantage.
