Job Summary: An exciting opportunity to join a dynamic team, handling customer inquiries and supporting sales efforts.

Responsibilities:

• Handle incoming enquiries from customers and support enquiries generated from outdoor Sales Engineer.
• Understand customers' requirements and prepare proposals/quotations with support from product/project engineers.
• Seek new business opportunities through cold/warm calling.
• Follow up with customers on quotation status and sales funnel via CRM.
• Opportunity for career advancement to Sales and Application Engineer.

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of working experience in the related field.
• Sales-oriented, independent with a positive working attitude.
• Willing to work in a deskbound/office environment.
