Quality Executive [ QA / QC ]
Mon to Fri (8.30am – 6pm) / Saturday - 8.30 - 12pm
Location: Lim Chu Kang
Basic Salary: $3500 - $4500

Responsibilities:

• Maintain and update documentation related to production, training, safety, and receiving records.

• Request and manage Certificates of Analysis (COAs) from suppliers.

• Coordinate with QA/QC to ensure compliance with food safety standards (e.g., FSSC, ISO, SFA).

• Handle retention samples, including collection, storage, and submission for lab testing.

• Support product traceability and minimize production wastage.

• Conduct daily inspections of raw materials, production areas, and deliveries, including Halal compliance.

• Provide support in audits, including internal, customer, and certification (FSSC/ISO) audits.

• Assist to handle pest control services and other tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Familiar with quality processes and food safety standards in food manufacturing

• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Words / Excel)

• Attentive to details
