Job Scope:

Provide technical presentations and product demonstrations to explain how the product will solve a customer's problem
Provide technical support to customers, including pre-sales and post-sales support
Assist with the technical aspects of contract negotiations
Conduct market research to stay up to date on industry trends and competitor offerings

Job Requirements:

Diploma /Degree in IT related field
2-years of working experience (account management/servicing)
Microsoft Office
Excellent interpersonal, organization, negotiation, and presentation skills
Positive mind-set, result-oriented, prominent level of initiative and integrity
