Job Details

• Perm role with comprehensive benefits (AWS, Performance bonus, AL, medical benefits etc)

• Mon to Friday; Office hours

Job Responsibilities

• Receive and process customer orders by preparing Commercial Invoice & Packing List (CIPL).

• Check and update daily orders in SAP.

• Request freight and insurance costs.

• Verify accuracy of shipping documents, enter all received orders, and follow up accordingly.

• Apply for Certificate of Origin.

• Apply for Marine Insurance Certificate.

• Handle LC orders and Delivery Against Duty Paid (DADP) orders.

• Arrange courier services.

• Perform e-filing of all shipping documents in the system.

• Prepare and submit monthly reports.

Requirements

• Relevant work experience will be advantageous

• Self-discipline, initiative, and able to work independently

• Team player with good interpersonal and communication skills

• Customer Service oriented

• Ability to work independently or with little supervision

• Computer-savvy
