Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager (Up to $8.5K / Woodlands) - RRST - #1110062

We are seeking a motivated Warehouse & Manufacturing Manager to lead and oversee operations in our newly established biotechnology manufacturing plant. You will play a critical role in building a high-performing production team, establishing operational processes, and driving the success of our manufacturing operations.

• Monday to Friday (8:30 AM to 6:00 PM)

• Woodlands

Job Responsibilities:

• Lead, train, and supervise production technicians and associates to build a high-performing team.

• Plan and monitor daily production to meet targets, KPIs, and quality standards.

• Analyze downtime and production issues, implementing corrective actions to improve efficiency.

• Establish and maintain production processes, ensuring compliance with regulatory and operational standards.

• Maintain inventory accuracy, conduct cycle counts, and resolve discrepancies.

• Drive continuous improvement initiatives in safety, quality, efficiency, and productivity.

• Implement and sustain 6S methodology for a clean, organized, and safe workplace.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (Engineering, R&D, Quality) to optimize workflows and resolve operational challenges.

Role Requirement:

• Min. Bachelor’s degree in Industrial Engineering, Biotechnology, or related field.

• Min. 6 years of experience in medical devices, biomedical, life sciences, or similar industries with 3 years of team supervision and training in a fast-paced environment.

• Strong understanding of Environmental Health and Safety (EHS) standards, with proven ability to enforce safety protocols.

• Hands-on experience with lean manufacturing principles, waste reduction, and process optimization.

• Strong communication and coaching abilities to motivate teams and provide constructive feedback.
