Electronics Design Engineer (Power Converter/Power Components) - #1110142

Key Responsibilities

• Design, simulate, and validate power electronic converters, including AC/DC and DC/DC topologies

• Develop and optimize circuit designs to meet performance, cost, safety, and reliability requirements.

• Perform calculation, simulations and modelling using tools such as LTspice, PSIM, Mathcad and so on.

• Conduct circuit simulation and analysis using industry-standard tools.

• Perform prototyping, testing, debugging, and verification of power electronic hardware.

• Collaborate with cross-functional teams (mechanical, software, and manufacturing engineers) to ensure seamless integration of power electronics into final products.

• Document design specifications, test reports, and technical guidelines for internal and customer use.

• Stay current with emerging technologies and industry trends in power electronics to drive innovation.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s, Master’s, or PhD degree in Electronics/Electrical Engineering.

• 2–5 years of relevant experience in power electronics design and development.

• Strong understanding of power electronics theory, applications, and control methods.

• Proficiency in circuit design and simulation tools.

• Hands-on experience in PBC layouts, GaN/SiC devices and advanced magnetics design

• Knowledge of safety standards, EMI/EMC compliance, and thermal design considerations.

• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and teamwork skills.
