Executive/Senior Officer, Membership (My Golf Kaki) - #1110063

Job Description

• Expand the My Golf Kaki (MGK) membership base, including new memberships, retention, and managing attrition

• Identify potential recruitment channels and manage relationships with MGK recruitment partners

• Perform various membership management tasks, such as data entry, record maintenance, schedule updates, benefits fulfillment, and membership sales

• Handle communications via email, phone, and in-person for both prospects and members

• Develop, plan, and execute MGK roadshows and events

• Conduct analytics and reporting for management

• Perform any other duties as assigned by the HOD/Reporting Officer

Requirements

• Minimum Diploma (preferably in business administration, marketing, or hospitality)

• Minimum of 2 years of relevant experience in a similar role

• Strong organizational and multitasking skills

• Excellent communication, interpersonal, customer service and administrative skills

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office

• Proficiency in creative design using Canva and Photoshop is a plus

• Golf knowledge or experience in the golf industry is a plus

• Able to work occasionally on weekends, including public holidays
