Key Responsibilities

• Deliver high standards of clinical care through comprehensive assessments and personalised treatment plans.

• Demonstrate advanced therapeutic handling skills to ensure safe and effective rehabilitation.

• Design, implement, and evaluate customised exercise programmes to support residents’ physical, mental, and psychosocial well-being.

• Apply Clinical Governance and Risk Management principles to maintain safety and quality standards.

• Provide leadership and guidance to therapy staff while supporting professional growth.

• Collaborate with the Director of Nursing to ensure the smooth running of the Rehabilitation Department.

Requirements

• Degree or Diploma in Physiotherapy from an accredited institution and licensed to practice in Singapore.

• Minimum 4 years of experience in working in a Hospital / Community Hospital / Rehabilitation Centres/ Nursing Home preferred.

• Fully registered Physiotherapist with Allied Health Profession Council (AHPC).

• Ability to operate independently with minimal supervision.

• Excellent written and verbal communication skills; can communicate clearly and effectively.
