Job Summary

You will be deployed to an client affiliated school. You will responsible for managing front-desk operations, attending to student welfare, supporting general administrative tasks, maintaining office orderliness, and assisting with school operations and visitor coordination.

Responsibilities

·        Keeping a safe and clean reception area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.

·        Serving visitors by greeting, welcoming, and directing them appropriately. Notifying school staff of visitor arrival.

·        Informs visitors by answering or referring inquiries.

·        Attending to students who are unwell/ injure themselves as well as alerting teachers to contact their students’ parents, when necessary.

·        Operates telecommunication system in compliance with client guidelines.

·        Collation of data. Filing of documents.

·        Updating of General Office’s notice board(s).

·        Ensuring that teachers clear their in-trays daily.

·        Manage donated school uniforms and ensure proper and tidy arrangement.

·        Supports continuity among work teams by documenting and communicating actions, irregularities, and continuing needs.

·        Support in management of contractors’ work orders.

·        Support in sign-in and sign-out of coaches and instructors’ attendance.

·        During off-peak period, support back-end Admin in basic admin work.

·        Housekeeping for admin office and stores.

·        Any job as and when required by Principal, Vice-Principals, Administration Manager and Operations Managers

Requirements

·        Minimally possess a GCE ‘O’ Level Certificate with 4 passes (including English) or equivalent

·        At least 2 years of experience in reception work.

·        Proficient in MS Office (i.e. Word, Excel, and PowerPoint).

·        A pleasant demeanour who is able to multi-task, think-on-the-feet, work in a fast-paced environment, provide good customer service, practice good time management, and work as a team.

·        Experience in working in a client school environment is preferred
