Key Responsibilities:

• Greet customers and provide assistance with product inquiries and selections.

• Maintain knowledge of current sales and promotions, policies regarding payment and exchanges, and security practices.

• Process sales transactions accurately and efficiently.

• Maintain the sales floor by restocking shelves, arranging merchandise displays, and keeping the area tidy.

• Assist with inventory management, including receiving and stocking merchandise.

• Handle customer complaints and issues in a professional manner, seeking to resolve them promptly.

• Collaborate with team members to meet and exceed sales targets.

• Participate in regular training sessions and meetings to stay updated on product knowledge and sales techniques.
  

Qualifications:

• High school diploma or equivalent.

• Previous retail sales experience preferred.

• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.

• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks.

• Basic math skills for processing transactions.

• Availability to work flexible hours, including evenings, weekends, and holidays.
