In this role, you will drive sales growth by overseeing the delivery of market strategies and by optimising sales operations to drive business growth. You will provide strategic direction, coordination and support to ensure effective operations and growth of our network. Your responsibilities include:
Develop and oversee the execution of sales and client care strategies in the market that will drive sustainable and profitable growth across the entire client journey
Develop strategic plans and initiatives for the network aligned to future growth plan in collaboration with the regional team
Oversee rollout of go-to-market transformation
Partner with internal teams to develop accurate sales forecasts and target volumes for the market aligned to the objectives of the global centre
Track progress towards sales goals, monitor market trends, competitor activities and market demand to identify gaps, potential risks and develop mitigation strategies
Oversee the management of the national stock and inventory levels within the market
Ensure franchise partners have future proof capacity and capability to delivery projected sales targets and volumes and client care targets
Provide regular reporting and analysis to senior leadership, highlighting performance within the market
Instil growth mindset strategy: identify opportunities to optimise sales and client care processes
Ensure sales and client care operations are aligned with the overall market strategy, objectives and the global centre
Ensure teams collaborate with in-market brand leads and NSC delivery functions to deliver targets and ensure seamless handoff between marketing, sales and client care
Job Requirements:
Degree in a business-related discipline or similar
At least 10 years automotive sales experience with OEM and/or retail experience and a proven track record in delivering sales targets
High energy – able to work at fast pace, pivot when needed and build rapport quickly and easily
Commercially-minded to drive performance
Strong skills in building and managing relationships, collaborating with multiple stakeholders to drive consensus through diverse perspectives
Innovative and creative, challenging convention and maximising resources available
Strong strategy and transformation skills, with experience in business change and communications
People leadership, influencing and stakeholder management skills
Prior experience with modern luxury brands is desirable
