About the role

Semec Enterprise Pte Ltd is seeking a talented and proactive HR Cum Admin Assistant to join our dynamic team. This is a full-time position based in the Woodlands North Region. As an HR Cum Admin Assistant, you will play a crucial role in supporting our HR and administrative functions, ensuring the smooth running of our operations.

What you'll be doing

• Handling administrative and HR matters

• Able to process work passes application and liaise with immigration on foreign workers related matters

• Liaise with recruitment agencies for candidate sourcing

• Overseas payroll processing

• Arrange for trainings and appointments, renewal of license

• Update and maintain employees' database (in Excel and Quick HR)

• Other duties as assigned by management

What we're looking for

• Strong organizational and multi-tasking skills with attention to detail

• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written

• Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel)

• A team player with a positive attitude and willingness to learn

• Knowledge of HR practices and procedures would be an advantage
