Quantity Surveyor - #1108074

Your Role:

• Prepare and manage project cost estimates, budgets, and tender documents for interior fit-out and renovation projects.

• Assist in evaluating tenders, negotiating with suppliers/contractors, and ensuring cost-effectiveness.

• Review and administer contracts, including terms, conditions, and variation orders.

• Estimate quantities of materials, manpower, and equipment required for each project.

• Conduct regular site visits to track progress, verify claims, and resolve issues on the ground.

• Liaise with designers, contractors, and clients to ensure projects stay on budget and timeline.

• Identify potential risks, disputes, or cost escalations—and propose proactive solutions.

• Keep clear, organized documentation of all project costing, site updates, and adjustments.

Who We’re Looking For:

• Diploma or Degree in Quantity Surveying, Interior Design, Project Management, or related fields.

• Fresh graduates and those with 1+ year experience in renovation or construction are welcome.

• Strong knowledge of MS Office, especially Excel.

• Passionate about renovation, interior design, and building improvement.

• Good communication and negotiation skills with a positive, can-do attitude.
