HR Data Cleaning - 1 year contract - #1109667

Duration:           1 year contract

Location:           Near One North MRT

Salary:                Up to $3780

Working hours

Mon – Thurs: 8:30am – 6:00pm, Friday: 8:30am – 5:30pm

Job Duties:

Conduct thorough reviews of datasets and records across various HR systems and data sources to identify data quality issues including missing data, inconsistencies, duplicates, and errors.

Verify and correct data where necessary and obtain further information, both offline and online, for incomplete documents.

Perform data entry into relevant systems of rectified data after verification.

Collaborate with various teams to understand data requirements and implement appropriate cleaning methodologies.

Perform regular quality checks on cleaned data to ensure accuracy and completeness.

Support team with general administrative tasks as needed, such as preparing regular reports and processing invoices.

Requirements:

• A diploma holder with 3 years of strong hands-on experience in data cleaning and handling large datasets.

• Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite, especially advanced Excel functions.

• Meticulous attention to details and quality control.

• Experience in using SAP-based HR systems is advantageous.
