Key Responsibilities:

• Edit, proofread, and refine assessment content (e.g., comprehension passages, MCQs, open-ended questions) for accuracy and clarity

• Ensure alignment with MOE or equivalent curriculum standards, maintaining appropriate tone and difficulty level

• Review and enhance manuscripts, providing constructive feedback to authors and freelancers

• Collaborate with writers, subject experts, and illustrators to ensure accuracy and pedagogical value

• Work with design teams to produce clear layouts for questions, diagrams, and answer keys

• Manage end-to-end publication workflows from manuscript to print-ready files, ensuring timely delivery

• Monitor project budgets, schedules, and quality assurance processes

• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify trends and opportunities in educational publishing

• Contribute ideas for content innovation and product differentiation

• Perform additional editorial support as required

Qualifications & Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in English, Education, or related field

• Minimum 3 years’ experience in educational publishing, editing, or teaching/tutoring

• Strong knowledge of Singapore MOE syllabus or equivalent curriculum frameworks
