Lead and develop sales activities for all Freight Forwarding products, including Ocean, Air, and Courier services, with a strong focus on new business development
Identify, pursue, and convert leads by generating prospects, scheduling meetings, presenting proposals, and engaging via face-to-face, phone, and email communication channels
Manage the sales pipeline proactively, ensuring timely responses to customer inquiries, follow-ups on all leads, and submission of weekly and monthly sales reports
Conduct regular market analysis to stay informed on competitor activities, carrier performance, customer needs, and market trends or fluctuations
Oversee profitability and P&L accountability, including timely participation in tenders and RFQ submissions
Collaborate effectively across departments, working closely with account management, operations & logistics, and finance teams to ensure seamless service delivery
Job Requirements:
Diploma in Logistics/Supply Chain or equivalent
5-8 years’ B2B sales experience in freight forwarding industry
Possess strong knowledge in Courier, Ocean and Air Freight
Require to travel overseas based on business needs
