Profile:
We are seeking a motivated and detail-oriented Talent Acquisition Executive to join our growing team. This role will be responsible for driving the full recruitment cycle—from sourcing to onboarding—while ensuring a seamless and positive candidate experience. The ideal candidate is proactive, organized, and passionate about connecting top talent with business needs, including managing high-volume recruitment and blue-collar hiring, to support the company’s growth and success.
Key Responsibilities:
Manage the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, screening, interviewing, and offer management.
Handle high-volume recruitment drives, ensuring efficiency without compromising quality.
Partner with hiring managers to understand workforce needs and define candidate requirements.
Develop and implement sourcing strategies to attract both active and passive candidates across multiple platforms.
Manage recruitment for a wide range of roles, including blue-collar and frontline positions.
Maintain and update job postings on job boards, career websites, and social media channels.
Coordinate interview schedules, feedback collection, and timely follow-ups with candidates and stakeholders.
Support employer branding initiatives to strengthen the company’s talent attraction efforts and visibility in the market.
Collaborate with HR operations to facilitate smooth pre-boarding and onboarding processes.
Ensure an excellent candidate experience throughout the recruitment journey.
Represent the company at virtual career fairs, online hiring events, and other talent outreach programs.
Assist with HR-related projects and initiatives as needed.
Requirements
Degree in Human Resource Management, Business, or a related field.
Minimum 2 years of proven experience in talent acquisition, either in-house or agency.
Demonstrated experience in managing high-volume recruitment campaigns and blue-collar hiring.
Experience in the F&B or retail industry will be preferred.
Strong communication and interpersonal skills with the ability to build strong relationships with candidates and hiring managers.
Proficiency in Applicant Tracking Systems (ATS) and sourcing tools such as LinkedIn, Jobstreet, and other platforms.
Highly organized, resourceful, and able to manage multiple priorities and deadlines.
Self-disciplined and comfortable working independently with minimal supervision.
Proactive team player with a strong sense of accountability and confidentiality.
Proficiency in Chinese (spoken and written) to liaise with Chinese-speaking counterparts.
Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
