Customer Service / Operation Executive - Ocean Freight Forwarding / Export / Changi Airfreight Centre
Job Description:
Organize and manage the export of goods via ocean freight.
Book cargo space with co-loaders, carriers and shipping lines.
Prepare shipping documentation (e.g., Bill of Lading, Commercial Invoice, Packing List).
Coordinate with shippers, consignees, and third-party vendors (freight forwarders, customs brokers).
Ensure compliance with international trade regulations and Incoterms.
Any other adhoc duties assigned by management.
Requirements:
With at least 2 years of ocean operations experiences in logistics/freight forwarding industry
Knowledge of sea freight operations and Incoterms.
Familiarity with shipping documentation and export regulations.
