Job Summary:
We are seeking an experienced and strategic HR Manager to lead and drive the People & Culture agenda within our organization. The ideal candidate will partner closely with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies that enhance organizational effectiveness, drive employee engagement, and foster a culture of high performance and belonging. This role oversees the full spectrum of HR functions and ensures alignment with business goals while maintaining compliance with employment laws and best practices.
Responsibilities:
Play a key role in collaboration with business leaders to develop and execute People and Culture strategies and activities that foster growth, drive results, increase employee satisfaction and sense of belonging, and increase organizational effectiveness.
Oversee the full spectrum of HR functions, including Talent Acquisition, Employee Relations, Health & Wellbeing, Performance Management, Talent & Leadership Development, Compliance, Succession Planning, and Total Rewards.
Partner with business leaders to cultivate a high-performance culture, enhance employee engagement, and foster a sense of belonging.
Design and implement performance management frameworks that drive employee growth, productivity, and accountability.
Ensure HR policies, practices, and procedures comply with labor laws and industry standards while supporting business needs.
Manage the employee lifecycle, from onboarding to offboarding, ensuring seamless HR operations and a positive employee experience.
Lead initiatives in employee engagement, career development, compensation & benefits, diversity & inclusion, and workplace culture.
Provide strategic HR guidance, coaching, and support to leadership on talent management, organizational development, and workforce planning.
Drive continuous improvement by conducting regular organizational analysis, gathering employee feedback, and implementing data-driven HR solutions.
Champion and enforce HR policies, guidelines, and best practices to maintain consistency and fairness across the organization.
Requirements:
Diplomma or Bachelor Degree in Human Resource Management.
Minimum 10 years of progressive HR experience, with at least 3 years in a managerial a teams of 6 - 8 headcounts in HR function.
Strong knowledge of employment laws, HR practices, and compliance standards.
Proven track record in leading HR initiatives across multiple HR functions.
Excellent interpersonal, communication, and leadership skills.
Ability to influence, coach, and build strong relationships with stakeholders at all levels.
Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a data-driven mindset.
Experience in fostering a positive workplace culture and driving employee engagement initiatives.
