*No experience needed as on job training will be provided *

Working hours : Monday to Friday office hours, (sometimes 5.5days)
 

Job Scope:

•  Perform frontline operations that includes registration/appointment scheduling/referral booking and cashiering duties when needed

• Attend to Walk-In / phone enquiries

• Perform chaperon activities and assist in explaining the procedures to patients

• Support doctors in language translation when needed

• Proper maintenance of patients' records and drug inventory 

• Ensure proper maintenance of clinic facility for cleanliness and positive image

• Adhere to SOPs and perform routine checks/audits within the clinic 

• Responsible for daily operations matters and includes collating & compiling patient management indicators

• Assist in coverage of other facilities when required

Requirement:
 

• Minimum GCE N/O/A level/Nitec/Diploma 

• Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities

• Keen in healthcare/medical industry

• Able to commit from immediate basis or within short notice
