Responsibilities:

• Generate sales by effectively responding to provided leads and actively engaging new clients for residential projects.

• Build strong, collaborative relationships with clients, subcontractors, and internal teams through clear and effective communication.

• Demonstrate strong skills in design conceptualization and space planning to meet client needs and project goals.

• Attend client meetings, supervise project sites, and coordinate progress to ensure projects are delivered on time and to quality standards.
  

Requirements:

• Minimum 1 year of sales experience in any industry.

• Able to commence work immediately.

• High commission, monthly incentives, and target bonuses.

• Genuine, high-quality leads and comprehensive training provided.
