Position: Accounting Senior Officer / Accounting Assistant Manager (Job ID:19817)- CK
Salary: Basic up to $6,000, + AWS + VB Bonus

Hybrid working arrangement, 3 days in office 2 days work from home

Daily:
➤Review and Follow up with debtor outstanding issue
➤Update AR collection status
➤Preparing Receipt Voucher and Posting invoice and check
➤Issuing and Posting

Monthly:
➤To finalize Business Report(HQ Reporting document)
➤To finalize Itemised Report(Checking & Adjustment)
➤To close Monthly Account
➤To finalize Collection Estimate
➤To finalize Debtor’s meeting report and Collection Report
➤To finalize Stocks Reconciliation
➤Sending and Uploading Invoices/ SOA to customer(Request by certain Customer)

Quarter:
➤Quarterly HQ reporting
➤Half Year Report and Audit and HQ reporting
➤GST(Computation & Submission)
➤To update In-house exchange rate
➤Computation of related company Commission
➤Computation of GST F5 Return

Yearly:
➤Full Year Report and Audit HQ reporting
➤Attend to auditor for Financial Closing
➤Right of Use asset(Qtr & Yearly)
➤To assist in Company’s income tax and submission
➤To assist in Company’s Transfer pricing
➤To assist in GST ASK Audit _MES
➤Audit Report and Audit response(Request by Auditor)
➤To Finalize Audited Financial Statements
➤AGM documents
➤MES Renewal(5 years)

Requirements:
➤At least 5 years of experience
➤Min. Diploma
➤Full set of accounting knowledge is required
➤Experience of working Japanese company is a plus
