Duties:

Job Purpose

To assist Department Head in the Implementation of Projects, and carry out the assigned scope of work that is essential for the smooth Operation of Production Lines.

Nature of Scope

Development/Co-Development/Transfer, Setup, Confirmation, and Debugging of Automated Test Equipment (ATE)

Line Support & Preventive Maintenance

Trouble-shooting, identify and rectify Line Errors. (Failure Analysis)

Support Trouble-shooters in the Analysis of Failure by confirming failure is not due to ATE issues.

DCS Software Line Support

First Article Evaluation

Understand the reason for FA Evaluation

Know the details of change

Confirm the changes are in place (Especially PPE related changes example FK1 revision, Label related revision, Laser related revision.

Document Management & Reporting

Progress Reporting

Proper filing of Design, Development & Debugging Report.

Other ah-hoc duties assigned by Superior.

Requirements:

• Candidate must possess at least Degree in Mechanical, Electrical, Manufacturing, Machatronics or related fields
