Accounts Executive - #1109177

We are seeking a detail-oriented and proactive Accounts Executive to join our team. In this role, you will handle day-to-day accounting operations, payment processing, receivables tracking, and financial planning activities to support the smooth running of our food manufacturing business.

Key Responsibilities:

Accounts Receivable & Payable:

• Issue and track invoices to customers, ensuring timely collection of payments

• Monitor aging reports and follow up on outstanding receivables

• Prepare supplier payments, staff claims, and other disbursements accurately and on schedule

Banking & Reconciliation:

• Perform daily bank reconciliations and maintain up-to-date records

• Record and reconcile cash collections, online payments, and other transactions

Financial Planning & Reporting:

• Support monthly, quarterly, and annual closing activities

• Assist in preparing management reports, sales reports, and cash flow forecasts

• Help plan budgets, track expenses, and report variances

Documentation & Compliance:

• Maintain proper filing of accounting records, invoices, receipts, and supporting documents

• Ensure compliance with company policies, accounting standards, and regulatory requirements

Other Duties:

• Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth processing of orders and payments

• Assist with audits and any ad-hoc financial tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Diploma or Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related discipline

• At least 2–3 years of relevant experience, preferably in manufacturing or FMCG

• Proficiency in accounting software (e.g., Xero) and MS Excel

• Full set of account

• Strong attention to detail and good organizational skills

• Ability to work independently and as part of a team

• Good communication and interpersonal skills
