Lab Calibration Technician

Mon - Fri (8.30am - 6.00pm)

Key Responsibilities:

• Calibrate equipment as assigned by the Manager

• Generate and issue final calibration reports

• Liaise with clients on technical issues when needed

• Maintain report templates and ensure documentation accuracy

• Keep work areas organized and safe

• Support development of new calibration capabilities

• Improve productivity through better systems and methods

• Build strong customer relationships and act on feedback

• Troubleshoot and assist customers promptly

• Collaborate with internal teams to ensure excellent service delivery

• Support the laboratory’s ISO 17025 Quality Management System

• Follow all health, safety, and company procedures

• Perform other duties assigned by Management

Profile:

• Diploma or Degree in Engineering or a related field

• 1 year of experience in equipment measurement/calibration (Internship ok)

• Strong technical skills with hands-on calibration experience (Mechanical, Temperature, Dimensional instruments – lab and on-site)

• Knowledge of ISO systems and procedures (ISO 17025 preferred)
