Job Title : Operations and Store Executive
Key Responsibilities
We are looking for a motivated individual to join our team as an Operations and Store Executive.
You will handle work order documentation, billing, procurement, parts issuance, warranty claims from principal (e.g. principals from China) and stock taking, as well as assist Finance in stock value accounting. The role also supports customer service requests, and general admin tasks.
Work Schedule
5.5 days per week
Qualification and Experience
· Min. NITEC in Logistics Mgmt. and equivalent.
· Prior experience in operations, inventory/store management, or administrative roles is an advantage.
· Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
· Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
· Good communication skills and ability to work independently and in a team.
