Service Engineer (MNC/ High Pressure Pumps) - #1109129

Key Responsibilities:

• Ensure safety, quality, and schedule compliance during all field activities.

• Plan, schedule, and allocate personnel and materials for service projects.

• Perform installation, commissioning, troubleshooting, and maintenance of equipment.

• Provide technical guidance, supervise customer or contractor personnel, and support training.

• Conduct safety planning, issue work method statements, and prepare service documentation.

• Investigate product performance issues, take corrective actions, and support warranty/claims resolution.

• Maintain strong customer relationships, identify service opportunities, and support sales teams.

• Keep management updated on work progress, equipment issues, and customer feedback.

Requirements:

• Experience in field service, installation, and maintenance of industrial equipment.

• Strong knowledge of HSE and quality management systems.

• Ability to lead teams, solve technical issues, and communicate effectively with customers.

• Willingness to travel and work on-site as required.
