Exciting Opportunity – Public Sector Project (Newly Established Plant)

Transport provided: Jurong East / Serangoon / Tuas / Joo Koon
Salary: Basic up to $6,000 (depending on experience) + Fixed Allowances
Bonuses: AWS + up to 3 months Variable Bonus
Work Schedule: 12-hour shifts, average 15 working days per month
Training: Comprehensive on-the-job training provided


Job scope

• Work with consultants and government agencies to ensure facilities are built according to design and safety standards.
• Participate in testing, commissioning, and inspections of mechanical, electrical, and automation systems (including overseas FATs if required).
• Lead and coordinate technical specialists and contractors to ensure smooth and safe plant operations.
• Carry out preventive maintenance and overhaul programmes for electrical and control equipment.
• Enforce safety procedures, supervise contractor works, and support continuous improvement projects to achieve operational excellence.
• Perform shift duties in the waste-to-energy facility when required.

Requirements:

• Nitec / Diploma / Degree in Engineering
