The position also includes supporting installations and upgrades and seeking continuous improvement in processes and cost-efficiency.

Key Responsibilities:

• Plan and perform maintenance for equipment and facilities

• Diagnose and fix technical issues (mechanical, electrical, electronic)

• Implement preventive/predictive maintenance programs

• Collaborate with production, quality, and safety teams

• Maintain maintenance records and reports

• Support installation and upgrades of systems

• Identify and implement process and cost improvements

Qualifications:

• Degree or Diploma in IT Engineering, Civil Engineering, Architecture, or related field

• 2–3 years of experience in maintenance or technical roles in manufacturing/industrial settings

• Strong technical knowledge in mechanical/electrical systems and controls

• Problem-solving skills and ability to work independently

• Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement

• Teamwork, communication, and multitasking abilities

• Familiarity with CMMS and basic data analysis (preferred)

• Willingness to undergo further training and development
