Working Location : North

Working Hours :
• 5.5 Days Work Week
  – Monday to Friday: 8.30am to 5.30pm
  – Saturday (Half Day): 8.30am to 12.30pm

Remuneration Package : Basic up to S$3,500 + OT Allowance + Variable Bonus (subject to individual performance)

Job Description

• Estimate costs of construction projects including materials, labor, equipment, and overhead expenses
• Develop and manage project budgets, ensuring stakeholders understand financial implications
• Assist in procurement by preparing tender documents, evaluating contractor bids, and negotiating contracts
• Administer and manage construction contracts, including variations, claims, and disputes
• Identify cost-saving/value engineering opportunities while maintaining project quality
• Assess and mitigate risks related to costs, schedules, and other project issues
• Prepare regular cost reports and update clients/stakeholders on budget status
• Conduct final cost analysis at project completion and ensure contractual obligations are met
• Oversee quality control processes to ensure compliance with standards and timelines
• Perform any other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Job Requirements

• Diploma in Quantity Surveying or related studies
• Minimum 3 years of relevant working experience
• Experience in Roadwork / Civil Projects will be an added advantage
