The Meat Specialist needed in Singapore Supermarket

if you have experience in cutting Beef/ Lamb/ Chicken/ Pork, with strong knowledge of processing and food safety, the role includes supervising and mentoring cutters, ensuring service quality with efficiency, apply now!

Requirements:

• 1 year of relevant experience in meat handling or related field

• Experience using Knives, Mincer, Slicer and related machine for food packaging.

• Able to read and interpret product labels

• Strong knowledge of meat preparation, handling techniques, and food safety standards

• Rotating shifts, weekends, and public holidays

  
  

Work Schedule:

• Rotating shifts: 7:00 AM – 3:20 PM / 3:00 PM – 11:20 PM

• 6-day work week, inclusive of weekends and public holidays
