We are looking for a proactive E-commerce Specialist to join our team and contribute to our growing digital sales presence. This role offers the opportunity to gain cross-training in key e-commerce operations and thrive in a fast-paced environment. You will play a vital role in managing daily operations, enhancing user experience, and driving online sales growth through creative and strategic initiatives.

Key Responsibilities:

• Oversee daily e-commerce operations, including inbound/outbound processes, timely and accurate fulfilment of online orders, and resolving logistics issues.

• Respond to customer enquiries across e-commerce platforms promptly and professionally.

• Analyse consumer data to identify market trends and new business opportunities.

• Collaborate with stakeholders to plan and execute online sales campaigns that drive revenue and engagement.

• Develop and refine design strategies to meet customer needs and enhance brand engagement.

• Prepare and review monthly operational reports to support decision-making.

• Work with internal teams to create visually appealing, user-friendly layouts for the e-commerce platform, ensuring a seamless shopping experience.

• Provide input on UI/UX improvements to boost conversion rates and customer satisfaction.

• Analyse customer behaviour metrics (e.g., click-through and bounce rates) to improve site usability and design.

• Assist in designing promotional materials and content to enhance the online store’s visual appeal and drive engagement.
  

Requirements:

• Strong problem-solving skills with a proactive, quick-learning attitude.

• Creative thinker with the ability to lead initiatives and develop innovative solutions.

• Results-oriented with the ability to work independently and in a team.

• Strong attention to detail and ability to meet tight deadlines.

• Basic knowledge of UI/UX principles with a passion for improving digital customer experiences.

• Experience with design tools such as Adobe Creative Suite, Canva, or similar is an advantage.
