Location: Ang Mo Kio

Contract Duration: 3 months, extendable to 4 months

Working Days & Hours: 08.30am – 6.00pm (Monday to Thursday), 08.30am – 5.30pm (Friday)

Responsibilities:

• Coordinate training room setup, including AV equipment, room configuration, and signage.

• Oversee food and beverage arrangements, ensuring timely delivery and quality service.

• Greet participants, distribute materials, and provide responsive onsite assistance.

• Prepare training materials in advance, track attendance, and manage daily logistics.

• Support course registration, funding, and administrative processes to ensure smooth learning operations.

• Collaborate closely with internal teams to maintain seamless communication and execution of training programs.
