PERM Operations Executive ( Consumer Good Retailer ) - #1108855

Job Responsibilities:

• Responsible for processing returned products accordingly.  

• Collaborate with technicians and customer service to support and coordinate repair activities.  

• Monitor, update, and verify the accuracy of repair status records in the system; ensure service level agreements (SLAs) are adhered to.  

• Proactively communicate with internal teams regarding job progress or potential delays.  

• Ensure the availability of necessary spare parts for repairs.  

• Work with the warehouse team to manage parts movement and storage.  

• Identify complex cases and promptly escalate them to the manager.  

• Assist in preparing weekly or monthly reports on RMA Key Performance Indicators (KPIs).  

• Follow Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) precisely for RMA processes, ticket management, and product repairs.  

• Maintain accurate records of repair statuses, spare part inventories, and ticket processing in the system.  .

Job Requirements:

• Diploma in Logistics or equivalent

• 2 years’ experience in similar function

• Good communication skills

• Prior experience in electronics products is an added advantage
