Position Overview
We are looking for a skilled and motivated Project Scheduler / Planner to join our Client Project Execution team. This role plays a vital part in ensuring the successful and timely delivery of engineering and construction projects by managing comprehensive project schedules from start to finish.
The ideal candidate brings strong technical expertise, solid planning/Scheduler experience, and a collaborative approach when working with cross-functional teams and stakeholders in a fast-paced environment.
Reporting to Project Manager
Key Responsibilities
Develop, implement, and maintain project schedules using Primavera P6, aligned with scope, milestones, and deliverables
Coordinate with project managers, site teams, and engineers to define tasks and timelines
Monitor project progress, analyze variances between planned and actual schedules
Generate reports, dashboards, and presentations for internal and external stakeholders
Conduct "what-if" analyses and assess impacts of schedule changes or delays
Support teams with resource levelling, cost-loaded schedules, and earned value management (EVM)
Perform critical path analysis, identify risks, and propose mitigation strategies
Ensure coordination of project timelines across departments and stakeholders
Prepare and update project progress reports and scheduling documentation
Recommend corrective actions to keep projects on time and within budget
Assist the project team with additional planning or coordination tasks as needed
Requirements
Education
Bachelor’s degree in Engineering or a related field
Experience
Minimum 10 years of experience in project scheduling
Experience in engineering construction projects (e.g., process engineering, oil & gas) preferred
Prior involvement in LNG or Power Plant projects is an advantage
Technical Skills
Proficient in Primavera P6 and Microsoft Office Suite
Oracle Primavera P6 Certification is required
Strong knowledge of logic-driven scheduling and activity sequencing
Salary Range- 12k to 15K
Must be able to thrive in a fast-pacedwork environment
