Job
-Assist the Kitchen Operations Manager in catering operations.
-Prepare daily market lists and place orders for vegetables, fruits, frozen items and disposable wares used for packing food and beverage.
-Conduct briefing with kitchen staff on next day special orders/ requests.
-Ensure standards for food quality and preparation are strictly adhered to.
-Co-ordinate with Logistics Department for timely collection of food and beverage according to delivery schedules.
-Assist in checking of personal hygiene of all the staff, hygiene of chillers & freezers.
-File weekly records for hygiene check lists & photos.
-Compile and submit petty cash vouchers, suppliers’ invoices, workers’ medical certificate/leave forms etc. to main office.

1year f&b or hotel experience
